Acceptable Use Policy

TL;DR

You can create almost anything. You can't create CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes of real people without their written consent, content designed to harass or defraud, or anything illegal where you live or where we operate. Violations lead to suspension without refund. Report abuse to besounder@gmail.com.

1) Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every user, account, prompt, upload, generated output, and API call made on the DJ Berthiot platform. It is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service. The more specific Content Policy applies to what you generate; this AUP covers how you behave on the platform.

2) Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to create, store, or distribute content that:

  • Depicts minors in sexual, suggestive, or exploitative contexts, or any child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This is a zero-tolerance category; suspected material is preserved and reported to NCMEC or the equivalent authority in your jurisdiction.
  • Portrays a real, identifiable living person in sexual, nude, or intimate situations without their documented, written, informed consent.
  • Impersonates a real public figure or private individual in a manner likely to mislead viewers — including fake endorsements, fabricated statements, or synthetic media used to deceive.
  • Harasses, threatens, defames, or incites violence against any person or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic.
  • Facilitates fraud, scams, phishing, or unauthorized access to any system — including generating fake documents, IDs, or official-looking assets for deception.
  • Promotes the creation, purchase, or use of weapons, illegal drugs, or other unlawful goods and services.
  • Infringes third-party intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, trade dress).
  • Violates export controls, sanctions, or any applicable law in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or your country of residence.

3) Account conduct

  • One account per natural person unless explicitly authorized by us in writing.
  • Do not share, sell, or rent your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for every action taken under your account.
  • Minors under 13 are not permitted; EU users under 16 require parental consent.

4) Technical abuse

  • No automated scraping, crawling, or bulk harvesting of the Service.
  • No attempts to reverse-engineer, decompile, or probe our AI models or infrastructure.
  • No circumvention of rate limits, credit accounting, or safety filters — including by creating multiple accounts to share a free tier.
  • No injection attacks, prompt-injection exploits, or attempts to extract system prompts, credentials, or other account data.
  • No resale of generated outputs as a standalone generation service.

5) Reporting violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this AUP, email besounder@gmail.com with:

  • A description of the content or conduct.
  • URLs or screenshots where applicable.
  • Your contact information.

6) Enforcement

Violations may result in warning, removal of content, credit forfeiture, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination — at our sole discretion and without refund. For severe violations (CSAM, fraud, threats of violence) we will report to law enforcement and preserve evidence as required.
