1. Parties

This Likeness Release Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on ______________________ (date) between:

2. Grant of rights

4. AI generation acknowledgment

The Licensor acknowledges that the Likeness will be processed by artificial intelligence models, which may produce synthetic images, audio, or video that depict the Licensor in scenarios they did not physically participate in. The Licensor accepts this and consents to such generation within the scope defined in Section 3.

5. Compensation
